1. Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your favorite design, select your size and color, and click Add to Cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 1 hour after ordering, because production starts quickly.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. If shipping is available to your location, it will appear during checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and the production partner. Typical timeframes:

  • EU: 5–10 business days
  • USA: 5–12 business days
  • Worldwide: 7–15 business days

Production time usually takes 2–4 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost is calculated during checkout and depends on the product and your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes! After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.


3. Products & Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Please check measurements carefully before ordering, as items are printed on demand.

Are your products true to size?

Yes, our sizes generally match standard clothing sizes. If you prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up.


4. Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or size exchanges for buyer’s remorse.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Brief description

5. Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods such as:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (depending on your setup)

Available options appear at checkout.


6. Printify & Production

Who prints your products?

All items are printed and shipped by professional print partners through Printify.

Where are products shipped from?

Our print partners are located in the USA, Europe, and other regions. The closest production center is automatically chosen to ensure faster delivery.


7. Order Issues

My package is delayed. What should I do?

Shipping carriers may experience delays. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@teejoy.shop, and we will check the status.

My tracking number isn’t updating.

Sometimes tracking updates take a few days to appear. This is normal. If the tracking does not update for more than 5 business days, contact us.


8. General Questions

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

Not yet, but we plan to add this feature in the future.

Can I request a custom design?

Possibly! If you have an idea, send us an email — we’d love to hear it.
