TeeJoy – Refund & Return Policy

At TeeJoy, we want you to love what you order. Each product is made especially for you through our print-on-demand partners, which means returns based on buyer’s remorse are not supported. However, we will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please read the policy below to understand how refunds and returns work for our store.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All products sold on TeeJoy are created on demand. This allows us to offer a wide range of unique designs and sizes.
Because of this production model:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color choice, or change of mind.
- We do accept claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (see section below).
We encourage you to carefully review size charts and product details before placing an order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost or provide a refund.
To submit a claim, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem (damaged area, misprint, incorrect item, etc.)

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Order Cancellations
Because items are printed immediately after your order is placed:
- Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
- After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
If your order was placed by mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
4. Returns
At this time, we do not accept physical returns of products unless instructed by our support team.
Most items do not need to be shipped back to us or to Printify.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer traditional size or product exchanges, as each item is produced to order.
If your item is defective or incorrect, we will remake the same product and ship a replacement.
6. Shipping Issues
Lost Package
If the package appears lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a replacement if the carrier confirms loss.
Invalid or Incorrect Address
If the address provided during checkout was incorrect:
- The customer is responsible for reshipment fees when applicable.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for processing
- Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are only refunded if the item arrived damaged or defective.
